It all began in Bordeaux, in the heart of the vines at Château Smith Haut Lafitte, the estate belonging to Mathilde’s parents. Caudalie is a unique story of love, nature, passion, chance encounters and a sense of adventure!
Nature is full of virtuous active ingredients for our skin. At Caudalie, we favour natural active ingredients that respect the environment and your skin.
Caudalie never use certain suspicious or undesirable ingredients. Naturalness also involves our ecological commitment. By funding associations that work for reforestation and tree protection, we want to give back to nature a little of what it gives us every day.

We also cater for group bookings, you can even have the spa exclusively for you and your party, perfect for hen dos, wedding preparations, birthdays and more... contact us to hear how it works and go through your options (please allow a minimum of 12 weeks notice depending on days you require)

CANCELLATIONS + DEPOSITS
​
For all spa packages and services 1 hour or longer we take full payment for on booking.
You must cancel your appointment prior to 72hrs of the day of your service. You will be charged in full for the service. If cancelled prior to 72hrs you may transfer your appointment to a gift card for future use. Pre paid packages are non refundable but can be transferred to another time and stored as credit on your account. In some circumstances we may offer an alternative solution.

At LOFT we are also passionate about Gifts and Homewares. Allowing you to continue your experience of relaxation and calm at home. Or by giving your loved ones the ultimate gift of wellness. We have an ever growing, beautifully, bespoke collection of beauty products, gifts and homewares in our NEW wellness store. Gift Cards are also available to purchase in the spa (redeemable against treatments exclusively at Wyresdale Park Spa). Gift Cards can be reserved and paid for over the phone and dispatched out to the recipient.
