Set in the beautiful surrondings of the historic Wyresdale Park, join us at the Loft spa for a morning of complete immersion into nature.  

The session incorperates:

• welcome and intentions for the day
• Yogic breathing by the lake
• Wild swimming (with intructor)
• a gentle 45mins yoga flow
• all finished off nestled in the spa with a special Shavasna relaxation which will include Reiki healing and gentle massage treatments whilst laying on your mats.
• light seasonal meze of food and refreshments provided at the end of the session
