As the seasons flow through Spring, Summer, Autumn & Winter, our skin, body and mind make subtle changes to adjust to our new climate. Our Spa memberships are designed to correspond with and compliment your natural transitions, in the seasonal services we offer.

 

Whether it's bright, fresh and invigorating in Spring and Summer; or warm, calm and nurturing through the Autumn and Winter months, each of our bespoke treatments and rituals will work in harmony with your subconscious circadian rhythm.

You can opt for the ultimate "all seasons" plan or simply choose your favourite two consecutive seasons in our bi-annual package. Either way, you will receive the benefits of our exclusive treatments and rituals, seasonal candle gifts, plus additional membership only discounts, off products and other spa services throughout your membership.  

 

For those who can't make it to the spa as often as you'd like, we also offer an annual postal plan, where, for each of the four seasons, you will receive moments of pure Loft calm directly to your door.

  • Our exclusive rituals are 75 mins and include a 15 min consultation to discuss your current routine and skincare seasonal adjustments.

  • Our exclusive rituals will not be disclosed until just before your arrival to the spa, the rituals will not be able to be booked without a membership.

  • When you purchase your membership for the first time you will receive (via email) the details of your plan, how to book your seasonal ritual and also your exclusively discounted price list which you can use at anytime throughout your membership period.

  • Our ' seasons' run - Mar - Apr, Jun - Jul, Sept - Oct, Nov - Dec (rituals must be redeemed within each season).

  • Seasonal candles and gifts will be given on your arrival to the spa.

  • Postage subscriptions will be delivered within the first week of each season for you to enjoy at home. To cancel your annual subscription to our postal service you must let us know at a minimum one week before your payment is due to be taken. If the payment has already been taken your postal box will be sent. We do not offer refunds or returns for our postal memberships. 

  • Your membership details and usage will be organised and stored in our online booking system. Here we will make a note of your membership period and which rituals / treatments have been redeemed. We will also keep track of when you have received your free gifts (candles / totes). You can ask the team at any time throughout your membership for any of these details.
