AFTERNOON - 3.30PM - 7.30PM

Set in the beautiful surrondings of the historic Wyresdale Park, join us at the Loft spa for a morning of complete immersion into nature.

The session incorperates:

welcome and intentions for the day
Yogic breathing by the lake
Wild swimming (with instructor)
a gentle 45mins yoga flow
all finished off nestled in the spa with a special Shavasna relaxation which will include Reiki healing and gentle massage treatments whilst laying on your mats.
light seasonal meze of food and refreshments provided at the end of the session

Sending you away feeling refreshed, relaxed, rebalanced and "rewilded"

very limited spaces | small groups to allow for social distance and a more intimate "1 on 1" experience
