RETREAT, RETREAT 2.0 - A Midsummer’s Night Dream

Dreams are magical, reconnecting us to another world full of wisdom & symbolism. In different cultures there is a softening of the edges of what is considered “reality”, there is an opening to a powerful magic, a trusting in the collective wisdom shared by people and the earth. Less resistance and more acceptance of what the heart knows. 

Join us for a magical evening of movement, meditation & dreaming.

We will begin with a cacao ceremony to open into our heart spaces followed by a gentle yoga flow inspired by the elements. Holistic treatments will allow us to sink deeper into a space of connectiveness and relaxation as we move into stillness for a Yoga Nidra Practice or yogic sleep where we can open our consciousness to the symbols and wisdom of our dreams. We will end with reflection time, an opportunity to share and a closing ceremony.
