Wednesday Wanderwoods with us - come along for a Nicky Nook wander with us

Basically we are going for a wander and we would love it if you could come!! Getting out into the great outdoors does wonders for our mental health and physical health. Maybe you were looking for someone to go with, not sure of the route up the fell or just like us wanted to get your body moving this year. 

• Meeting at the spa at 10am we will head up Nicky Nook take in the views and head back down. 

Come along to all our Wednesday wanders or just one or two. Rsvp so we know who we are waiting for!

Afterwards head back to the spa for a refreshing drink or warming brew (depending on the time of year) 

We can't wait to see you on the wander and have a casual catch up and a giggle along the way ...
