🌞 Here’s your gentle July Self-Care Checklist:

☐ 15 minutes of daily stillness

This might be a coffee in the garden, a quiet bath, or just a moment without your phone.

☐ Gentle movement in nature

A walk. A swim. Barefoot in the grass. Your body remembers what’s real.

☐ Skin nourishment

In summer, hydration is key. Not just water, but barrier-repairing products and gentle exfoliation to keep skin calm.

☐ Touch-based therapy

Massage. A facial. Even just holding your own hand with intention. Touch brings us home to ourselves.

☐ Something joyful

Read. Dance. Bake. Create. Laugh. Choose joy daily—it’s essential, not extra.
